Unfortunately, I am more pessimistic about this point. About a year ago, watching Palestine bleed daily without anyone around the world lifting a finger, I wrote:

“The current governments of the world are invested in keeping Palestine oppressed. If they weren’t, they would have done something about it."

This includes, the Gulf, China, Brazil, Russia - all of them. If they're doing nothing, they're doing nothing. The average two-year-old in Gaza at that time (May 2023) had witnessed three bombing campaigns. You'd think that's bad enough.
