Thank you Lola for remembering Faris Odeh. Hearing of his murder, and the murder of many other children like him, only made me more resolved to write about Palestine. The stones the children of Palestine throw come from the land itself. In the face of a military-industrial, nuclear-armed power, the stone is the ultimate form of rebellion.
