Thank you Gail for adding this beautiful vision of a better ending to this world. I am sure there are many people who want to help rebuild and heal, if we can get those leaders to stop. The way to do it is to recognize the enemy (the corporate world) and starve them by stopping feeding them our money. They feed on us. We do not need their broken consumer products and fast foods. Hence the word “consumptive” in the title.

It’s both a reference to “consumerism” and to the disease, “consumption”. The consumptive world is a world that eats itself and spits out blood.
