Gaza, like the global ecocide, is the ultimate result of the the utter disregard of the billionaires and their servants in power to the human lives of the many. I wonder sometimes if the bombardment of Gaza is meant to terrorize and intimidate all the rest of us humans. Although I grew up in Palestine during the First Intifada, and have witnessed Israeli violence first hand, the sniping of hundreds of Palestinians at the nonviolent Great March of Return was still shocking, and was what sealed my determination to finish and publish my book, Fugitive Dreams:
