Thank you Carolyn for your comment. Humanity, in the wake of World War II, has developed institutions and laws to protect the individual from the tyranny of governments and war. The unequal and selective enforcement of those laws completely undermines the system and renders everyone in the world at risk. It is everyone’s responsibility to prevent a genocide when one is imminent. The Gaza genocide has been ongoing for three months in front of the entire world and no one has done anything effective to stop it. This failure of the world system will haunt humanity for years to come, and in places far removed from Palestine and Israel.
