Three Deleted Paragraphs from Fugitive Dreams

In the summer of 2022, at the last minute as I was finalizing my book Fugitive Dreams for publication, I deleted three paragraphs about America. I didn’t think American audiences were ready for this straight-talk, and I wanted to keep any controversy arising from the book focused on its main content: Palestine.
