Given Israel owes its existence to support from other countries, notably the US, the onus for reparations should go to them. It's easy for the USA, which has just approved $100 Billion in aid to foreign countries, to pay reparations for Palestine over an extended period of time. Britain also owes a huge share. The $7 trillion number is for Israel's use of Palestinian lands going back to 1948. It does not include the additional reparations for the 30 years of British occupation, or the Balfour declaration.
